She stuck her finger in the frosting and tasted it, just to see if it was right. For her first birthday I made Lemon Poppyseed Zuchinni Cupcakes with Best Bite's frosting. Now, my sister already asked me for the recipe to the cupcakes, but the sad truth is I cheated. I bought a box of lemon poppyseed muffins and added 2 grated zuchinni. That's it.
We thought they were great.
