I just read this article. It makes me sad. I was so excited for agave nectar. But I do respect Weston Price and his methods and research. I guess I will have to stock up on my raw honey storage instead!
What's the deal? what's wrong with agave nectar? we had some with our 'chicken' strips at a Vegetarian restaurant in Irvine on Sat. (By the way, Royce loved his 'chicken' strips......ahem.....tofu!

i know, it is sad! Agave was my favorite but now we just use maple syrup and honey.
